Who is the data administrator of the personal data

The data administrator is the company SPÁLENSKÝ - DŘEVĚNÉ LIŠTY s.r.o., No. 132, 262 63 Kamýk nad Vltavou, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 103926. The company is registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The company SPÁLENSKÝ - DŘEVĚNÉ LŠTY s.r.o. publishes information on its website not only about its products and services, but also basic data about the company and its contacts. All this information is available without requiring any personal data from visitors to the site.

What personal data we collect

The company SPÁLENSKÝ - DŘEVĚNÉ LŠTY s.r.o. collects only common identification and contact data of its customers, such as name, surname, title, address, ID number, VAT number, telephone, e-mail.

SPÁLENSKÝ - DŘEVĚNÉ LIŠTY s.r.o. provides personal data to state authorities if this is required by law and if it is necessary for the protection of its rights. The company may delegate the processing of data to a third party, the so-called processor. The processing is only possible on the basis of a contract which obliges the processor to the same level of data protection as provided by the data controller itself. The data may thus be passed on to suppliers providing mail and delivery services.

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, the right to have selected personal data transferred directly to another controller and the right to request the rectification of personal data. What options you have for restricting the processing and transfer of personal data
